Every customer that decides to treat their clothes at Flesh-clean agrees with the following conditions:
– Flash-clean is the first family laundry that is concretely specialized for the full maintenance of clothes/laundry of legal entities and natural persons.
– The Danube machines in which your laundry is treated are one of the most sophisticated machines in the world and they have more than 100 different programs that can treat even the most sensitive clothes, for example: handmade pieces and wedding dresses. Many times, the composition of the clothes of which a specific piece of clothing is made doesn’t match with its own declaration; in that case if: color bleach, shrinking or anything similar occurs, Flash-clean is NOT responsible for it.
– Flash- Clean is NOT responsible for the things that are possibly forgotten in the pockets and possibly get damaged or lost; in that case the customer of our services is obliged to check their wardrobe before sending them to us.
– In case that, with our fault, during the process, we lose an object during the transportation or something similar to this, Flesh-clean is obliged to make it up to the customer, that being – 50% of the estimated value or the price of a new one if there’s a possibility of it being established.
– The customer of our service, during the delivery of their wardrobe is obliged to take and sign the delivery note along with this contract.
– The customer is obliged to put an emphasis on every piece of clothing that values more than 300 Euros, or that is valuable in any other way. The customer has to discuss directly with our staff and agree on the terms & price because the treatment of such clothes is arranged with the customer of our services, depending on the value and the manner of the treatment, otherwise we DON’T take any responsibility for the same object.
– For any kind of reclamation or remark, the customer has to notify us within 16 hours from the moment of picking their laundry up, otherwise Flash-clean, after this deadline, will NOT take any responsibility for it.
– The customer of our services is obliged to pay the service while picking up the treated laundry, and Flash-clean has the right to keep the laundry until the moment of the bill being 100% paid.
– Having in mind that we do free collection and delivery, the customer is obliged to give the accurate address, information and the time of the collection. After the laundry is treated- Flash-clean is also obliged to inform the customer that the service is done.
– The customer is obliged to pick up the laundry within 36h after it has been treated, otherwise Flash-clean will not take any responsibility in case the laundry gets lost, or something similar happens to it
– The customer of our services is OBLIGED TO READ this contract and no other contract is valid.
